I had many issues with my health but the main one was Rheumatoid Arthritis. Painful swollen joints in both hands. I needed to take anti-inflammatory drugs as well as a prescribed drug for the arthritis.
Nick found that certain foods irritated this condition, mainly the "Nightshade" family of foods e.g. potato, tomato, peppers, chilli, aubergine as well as diary products, eggs, oranges. I removed these foods from my diet and over a short period time found that I no longer needed to take the anti inflammatory drugs.
I still take the drug prescribed by the Consultant. It was suggested that I take a much stronger drug as well to stop my joints from becoming disfigured in time. I saw my Consultant and he was so pleased with my improved condition that he said the additional drug was not necessary at the moment. My condition is monitored every 6 months. I also take various vitamins and minerals which also help to keep my condition at bay.

I would just like to say how much better I feel after having just two sessions with Nick and his advice certainly put me on the right road in terms of diet and lifestyle.

I would like to say a very big 'THANK YOU' for your brilliant help and advice, not only to do with weight loss, but also with the link between that, diet and blood groups.
But let us start at the beginning! A few years ago I used to be a reasonably fit person, I belonged to a running club and participated in various race distances, from 10k's to marathons. However, due to achilles problems, the running ceased, less exercise, and quite naturally I gained weight and unintentionally gradually became 'unfit'.
So when you stated you could help people lose weight I was very keen to know more, but I did not know anything about' kinesiology'. Therefore, I have to admit, I was rather sceptical (ignorant) immediately prior to our first meeting.
However, right from the start of the meeting I was at ease, due to your calm, friendly manner of handling the situation. It was more like a one-to-one, and it was obvious that you are not only knowledgeable about the mechanics of body movements, but also very experienced in the field of kinesiology.
You quickly established that my Ileoecal valve needed to be corrected which you did almost immediately. But what I found absolutely amazing and very interesting are the dietary guidelines for the different blood groups. In otherwords, which food types are beneficial to my blood group and which ones to avoid. And after a couple of weeks my body felt really good.
But that's not all, I HAVE lost weight. The number of people, especially family members, who noticed that I had become slimmer and fitter looking was quite bizarre, bearing in mind I had not informed them about my intention and what I was doing about it in the first place!
Not only have I lost weight (flab!) but I assume some psychology has occured because I am now exercising a lot more again. Not only does my body feel good, I am also feeling fitter again. Positive mental stimulation!
