| Sleeping
Many of us seem to suffer with sleep problems. This may be difficulty in getting to sleep, waking in the night, or waking early and not being able to get back to sleep.
Sleep problems are a symptom of a stress on the body. A body stuck in the “Fight and Flight” mode, where life is being lived as if a sabre toothed tiger is right behind them, is not conducive to a good nights sleep!
Sleep problems can be connected with other imbalances in the body, including hormonal and digestive. Various bodily systems may be struggling to work efficiently during the night, causing wakefulness, especially the liver which is busy helping the body to detox while you are (meant to be) asleep. Stress, in it’s many forms, is also an issue that can affect sleep. .
