Our Services - ProgrammesOur programmes are interactive and encourage participation. They can be delivered as stand-alone, or in conjunction with our e-learning service as part of a blended learning solution. They are flexible, and can be tailored to complement existing wellbeing programmes or specific stress interventions. They are designed for groups of 8-12 people. Desktop Destress – 60 minutes workshop, focussing on stress education and relaxation techniques Lunch and Learn – 60 minute seminar, focussing on stress, health and wellbeing with practical, proven techniques, ideas and suggestions WOW! (Wellbeing One-day Workshop) – six hours, focussing on understanding life’s stressors and how they affect us, negative behaviour, positive opportunities to improve our health, relaxation techniques and successfully planning for change and implementing it. Six Session programme (weekly) – two hours per session, covering some key areas in greater detail than the one-day workshop, and with more time for participants to adapt the information to their personal circumstances. The WOW (Wellbeing One-day Workshop) and Six Session programme include a workbook for each employee to complete during the course, at their own discretion. Some of the topics covered include:
